First Chest Unlocked & How to get yourself FREE rewards!

Hey fellow pals!

We've reach 50% of our funding, thank you so much to everyone that has backed us so far! You know what this means? We've unlocked our first mystery chest!

Thats right, all backers will now get a bonus Kickstarter exclusive pet rock, that will follow around the players very own pet rock in game!* We have more bigger rewards planned at future milestones, the next mystery box will be revealed in an update tomorrow!

Don't forget to download and play the demo of The Adventure Pals, it's currently on the front page of both GameJolt and itch.io, which is super exciting!

 

We are starting a new referral program for the Kickstarter campaign! If you can get one of your friends to back The Adventure Pals we'll send you both a free custom post card from Julian, the Treevale mailman and artist on The Adventure Pals. Just send us a message with your friends name and we will add you both to the mailing list.

We sent our friend Dawko a demo of The Adventure Pals, you can see his play through below! This is a shortened version of the first area - the final game will have more levels, a town and shops before the boss fight.

Big announcement!

Big news! 

We are thrilled to announce that The Adventure Pals will be coming to the Xbox One! This is really exciting news, and a big step for us. 

We are still working on getting to other consoles and will update you as we make progress on them.

Early bird physical edition 

In an effort to promote the really awesome physical copies of the game we have released a round of early bird physical copies. So if you felt that it was a bit too expensive before, now is your chance to upgrade to the boxed version with all its cool physical extras!

 I've messaged all of you good people who already pledged for the physical box and have encouraged you guys to switch to the early bird tier so you don't miss out on a reduced price :)

Next time we'll get in to the design of the game, and start discussions about ways we can make the best game possible! But in the mean time here we are filming the scenes for the live action sequences to the Kickstarter video.

Our campaign for The Adventure Pals is going well, but we still need more pledges to reach our goal! We are going to be adding some extra special secret rewards for all backers as we hit certain funding goals. When we hit 50% the first mystery chest will be unlocked for all!

So please tell your friends, share our campaign and if youre feeling really generous consider increasing your pledge! We still have a few Early Bird Indiebox rewards left, but they wont last forever :O

Summer expos

The Adventure Pals has been selected for the PAX Australia Indie Showcase! We are incredibly honoured and excited to be have been picked out of all the applicants, and to sit beside fantastic looking games like Wildfire and The Eyes of Ara. If you are in Australia and plan on visiting PAX, come find us, say hi and play the game before its been released!

Eurogamer EGX 2016

We are also excited to announce that Massive Monster will be at Eurogamer EGX next month showing The Adventure Pals! If you live in the UK and want to play the game early, this is your chance!
